Abstract The gall bladder diseases and diabetes mellitus are frequently coexist. Cholecystomegally, gall stone and cholecystitis was considered by many workers to be the most gall bladder disordered occurring in diabetics. Diabetic neuropathy may be the underlaying cause of cholecystomegally, which was considered as a manifestation of biliary dyskinesia. The incidence of gall stone in diabetic patients ranged between 6% - 34% , propably this increased . |
