Abstract

The present study was designed to evaluate the cardioprotective effects of lycopene (LCP) and grape seed extract proanthocyanidin (GSEP) against salbutamol (SAL) induced myocardial infarction (MI) in albino rats, by assessing cardiac biomarkers, antioxidant activities, histopathological changes and immunohistochemical investigation.
