Abstract
The present investigation comprised two principal parts. The first part was designed to study and investigate bacterial infection associated with 100 specimens of each of urine and blood of 100 patient cases of chronic kidney diseases collected from Sohag Oncology Center and Sohag University Hospital in addition to, 20 healthy people cases as a control. The second part was aimed to study yeast infection associated with the previous specimens of urine and blood from 1/9/2019 to 30/7/2021. In addition to, study the capabilities of isolated pathogenic bacterial and yeast species for enzymes secretion as virulence factors and susceptibility of isolated pathogenic species to different antibiotics therapies.
