Abstract
The aim of this work is to give an ides about herpes simplex virus, pathogenesis, the pathology, clinical picture and diagnosis of herpes simplex affection.
A good part of this work was done for revision and discussion of different measures for treatment of herpetic keratitis.
It was not so difficult to find the cases, but it was not easy to make a follow up for them as most of our patients are not so co-operative and helpful.
