Abstract The study, using the cellular high-aspirator needle has some drawbacks. Small sample size and the overall shape of the tissue lost during sampling and therefore a very specific tissue at diagnosis. And analysis of the sample cell is not always as easy as required and needs to experience high Analyst Pathology. The difficulty to reach an accurate diagnosis of the first sample may increase the requirement to take another sample before the procedure and in any case, little research is concerned with the importance of using a second sample. In this study, the use of this method on 57 patients suffering from various tumors in the head and neck samples were taken from each patient. This method has proved that it can increase the proportion of accurate diagnosis after taking a second sample, particularly in the lymph gland tumors in the neck. |
