Abstract Clinicofunctional studies constitute an interesting topic in the medical research field to both the clinician and physiologist The present work is an attempt to study such correlations between the clinical signs and functional abnormalities in cases of pulmonary emphysema . The material of the study consisted of thirty male patients at the age range of 40 to 76 years , in which 12 physical signs were studied they were graded into three grades : Grade I : which represented a sign that is surely present . Grade II : the sign was present in a mild degree . Grade III : absent sign . |
