Abstract Erectile dysfunction is defined as persistant failure to develop and maintain erection of sufficient rigidity for penetrative sexual intercourse. This disorder is common enough , but there few reliable data about the population prevelance or incidence of different aetiologies of E.D. This work aimed to evaluate the incidence of main aetiological factors related to erectile dysfunction in lVlenoufiya Governmeiit patients. (I This study was conducted on one hundred patients and ten potent males as a control. All persons were subjected to full history taking, general and local examination , intracorporeal injection of papaverine Hcl 60 mg , fasting blood sugar, post prandial. blood sugar , serum testosterone , serum prolactin , coloured doppler duplex ultrasonography and pharmacodynamic cavernosography for selected cases. |
