Abstract
Neurogenic voiding dysfunction (NVD) is a public health problem with significant morbidity and mortality rates .The disease affects all age groups and both sexes .and has variable etiology including congenital spinal cord anomalies traumatic injuries and common neurologic diseases although research on NVD has continued over several decades it still remains without unified classification system ,terminology and diagnostic or therapeutic modalities .mainly becouse of the lake of detailed information on its basic pathophysiologic mechanisms.
