Abstract
The study was conducted at the Agricultural Research Station Bashndwyl ARC Arab Republic of Egypt over Alzerain seasons 1995/1996 and 1996/1997, but the third season held at a farm Kawthar, Faculty of Agriculture, Sohag South Valley University in 1997/1998.
The objective of the study:
Study of the genetic system that controls the morphological characteristics and yield and its components and studied traits included:
1 - morphological characteristics: the expulsion of spikes, flowers, maturity, plant height and spike length.
2 - yield and its components: number of spikes per plant, number of grains spike, 100-seed weight, biological yields, grain yield per plant and harvest index.
Used eight genotypes of wheat Almkromenh different origin are:
Belikh 1, chahba 88, cmh 80, carcomun Sohag 1, Sohag Sohag 2 and 3, Beni Suef 1. These varieties hybridized with each other in every way possible and planted both parents and first-generation hybrids and clans of the second generation in sectors randomized complete design using repeaters.
