Abstract This work aims to: 1) study the effects of ambient temperatures on some like body physiological parameters weight, body water characteristics, body solids, body temperature and respiration rate. 2) study the effects of s on certain haematambient temperature on certain parameters like red blood cell count, haemoglobin, haematocrit as well as two selected plasma components which are The total plasma proteins and cholesterol. 3) obtain some heritability estimates of the aforementioned characters under temperature stress to be used as indicators of expected progress in selection programs. Two trials are carried out in the bioclimate chamber exposing the dokki 4 chickens to low (16 1- c ) then to high (38 * 10 c) ambient tempertures , 10 days for each trial and for each sex separately with the purpose of having better fowl to be raised under our natural environment conditions. |
