Abstract

Four experiments were designed to study the improvement of high fiber diet by using some non feed additives, Sodium sulphate enzyme preparation (BG or VG enzyme), radish extract (as a source of peroxidase enzyme) and enzyme preparation plus radish extract. Artificial dried Miskawi berseem (ADB) was used in two experiments (1 and 2) with levels of 10% in starter diet and 20% in finisher diet.
Enzyme, sodium, sulphate, radish extract and enzyme plus radish extract improved digestibility of nutrients.
