Abstract
Macular diseases is one of the leading causes of severe visual loss.Macular diseases are commonly associated with visual field changes and this was the subject of many previous researches.The aim of this work was to correlate pathological changes occuring in different maculopathies detected by the fluorescein fundus angiography with functional changes detected by automated pirimetry.This study was carried out on 30 eyes of 23 patients showing different types of macular diseases based on slit lamp examination to the macula. All the patients were selected from the out patient clinic of ophthalmology department in Tanta University Hospital.
