Biopsy from suspicious areas of diseased mucosa revealed chronic non specific inflammatory changes in twenty six cases. One case show laryngeal squaemous cell carcinoma in situ ( 1.6%), On the other hand three cases ( 5%) show no evidence of inflammatory reaction. |
