Abstract Piles, fistula, and fissure are very common anorectal complaints which causes severe disturbances to the patients. So the aim of this work is to study the incidence and relation between chronic anal fissure and fistula in haemorrhoid patients. This study includes 100 patients of haeriorrhoids selected from out patient and inpatient clinic in Kafr El—Sheikh Hospital. We studied the incidence of fissure in 100 haemor— rhoid patients, and relation between each of other. In 100 haemorrhoid patients we studied the incidence of fistula in them and relation beitween each of other. Every patient in this study had been examined (Generally and Locally) and full investigation was done. |
