Abstract
The study was divided into 2 part, the first one was carried on male wistar rats, to study the histopathological, histochemical and DNA damage induced by 1,2- dimethylhydrazine and to test theprotective effect of green tea .
The second part was carried on 5 non –smokers healthy indiviuals, blood samples were collected from them to test the cytogenetic effect of green tea on culutures of human lymphocytes.
