Abstract
Fish may be considered as one of the most promising
sources for animal protein. In aquatic environment fish
suffer from a variety of diseases, which may result in
catastrophic losses. The origin and spread offish diseases is
of great academic and economic interest. Of the most
important causes of fish diseases are helmhthic prasites .
The study of such parasites is essential to control and treat
such diseases particularly in fish farm where parasites may
cause serious diseases to fish populations which may
influence the growth rate and condition of fis:h, or even it may
end with their death.
