Abstract The present work aimed t o study some of the physicochemical c h a r a c t e r i s t i c s of the i n t e r a c t ion between organophosphorus i n s e c t i c i d e , methyl parathion and hurnic acids isolated from diffeqent sources and also soil. clays t o complete the aar lier i n v e s t i g a t i o n s for determining t h e role of humic acids and s o i l clays i n sorption of t h i s insecticide and the e f f e c t s of the exchangeable cations temperature, e l e c t r o l y t e concentration and cationic vafence associated with electgolyte and the i n t e r a c t i o n of these cations with the exchangeable cations. Also to study the the~modynamic r e l a t i o n s dr ived from the exper imental data and t e s t i n g the application of Preundlich equation on these systems . |
