Abstract
This work was carried out at the Experimental Farm of Faculty of Agriculture at Kafr El-Sheikh during the summer seasons of 1985 and 1986 on cowpea(Vigna sinensis) C.V. Krem 7. The main objective of this research was to study the effect of chlormequat (CCC) concentrations and some levels of phosphorus fertilizer as spray ,and soil application on cowpea. The used rates for chlormequat were 0, SOO, 1000 ppm. Four phosphorus application treatments as triplesuperphosphate 4S% P20S were used.
