Abstract This work contains three main parts: Part I: Contain search in the literature of the chemistry of 2-amino-4-phenyl and 2-amino-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)thiazoles compounds. Studying the activity of these compounds and their synthetic importance in the field of chemistry of heterocyclic compounds were investigated. Syntheses of 2-amino-4-phenyl and 2-amino-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)thiazoles compounds were investigated including five and six heterocyclic compounds, the applications of 2-amino-4-phenyl and 2-amino-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)thiazole compounds were investigated and good introduction of previously reported literature of its chemistry. Part II: In this part, the obtained results were discussed, 41 new compounds were synthesized and the synthetic mechanisms were investigated the synthesized compounds were elucidated by elemental analyses and spectral data such as infra red and 1H-NMR spectra. Thiazole derivatives incorporating the arylazo, pyrazol, pyrimidine, imidazole and Schiff base moieties with evaluating their performance as antioxidant and anticorrosive additives. Part III: In this part, the experimental methods used in the synthesis of the new compounds were mentioned and introduced containing physical properties, elemental analyses and spectral data such as infra red and 1H-NMR spectra.
