The youth considers the most important stages of the age that different social sciences cares for The youth studies are the true indication for understanding the past events and the objective basis for the prediction of the future and therefore, their study includes the recognition of the true reality . And the objective circumstances that produced generation of youth at the present time by what for it from features and trends and values and that represent by their turn the cornerstone of the infrastructure to what on it the youth will be in the future . Hence, the study of the youth is considered from the most studies that are about to the care about them is internationally . Since the youth concept became gaining the care and the analysis in the advanced and growing societies And hopefully the youth in the Egyptian society like the youth in any society in this world represents a vital sector with their consideration of the most age categories a dynamism and an ability for the work and the activity and what is marked by it from Hamas and an aspiration and an interest on the life and a readiness for the grant, and the more flexible in the dealing with the variables of the fast life that the modern world societies passes by . But the youth in the Egyptian society suffers from several and various problems at the present time and specially the university youth is from him . So that he was about to the fall in the claws of complicated crisis from their most prominent sides it is the crisis of the political participation, and from the most important elements and the factors of this crisis are :- -The political participation crisis dimensions at the university youth -: The political participation crisis elements consist at the youth in the need of the political regimes for the stability and the continuation from one side, and the increasing desire of the youth in the control of his fates on the other hand . And this crisis has reflected itself on the abilities of the political regimes then the weakness of ability and performance , the non efficiency , the formalism of frameworks and channels , and the passivity appeared . And despite tangling and the complication of this crisis elements , defining its more prominent is possible as follows: - 1- The first element consists for this crisis in the disorder between the participants sections and not the concerned and the extremists, then there a clear contraction is in the first sections the participants sections, and a noticeable inflation in the second sections not the concerned and the extremists with doing the spread of poverty and the illiteracy and the absence of the mediating organizations and the tyranny of the personal . 2-The second element is the not effective seasonal formal nature for the participation, and he is what reflects the inability of the systems in the realization of the contemporary human development nature that embodies the nature of the public society, and the increase of the youth weight in political life . The political participation in most of the developing countries in general and Egypt in particular it is characterized by the formalism and the non efficiency where the political elite carries out the decision-making, then the youth calls for the participation through the vote in elections and referendums are submitted to many of the images of manipulation and forgery . And so the youth himself controlled by decisions and policies finds he did not contribute a truth in their making and does not express his hopes and his demands including the choice of president and people’s representatives in the parliaments . 3-as for the third element then he is that the political participation takes the packing form with the target of the creation of the support of the ruling regimes without expressing a true participation resulting from the care of the youth and its will and its ability on the influence on the decisions . And from the support images that the support operation of the regime policies takes the demonstrations and the marches and the public ceremonies and the youth conferences, as the public elections become a means for the support of the legitimacy of the existing regime facing the external public opinion and a means is not for the true participation .
