Abstract
The hand represents one of the most elegant structures . It needs coordination of its 5 digits and pointing with individual fingers . The research was done on 35 patients .Those patients are classified into 3groups. The first group : contains 15 patients of isolated low median nerve injury Opponensplasty was done to them using FDS , EIP or ADM tendons transfer to APB tendon . The second group : contains 10 patients of isolated low ulnar nerve injury . Ulnar clawing was corrected by FDS tendon transfer . The third group : contains 10 patients of low median and ulnar nerves injury opponensplasty and ulnar clawing was corrected to all patients of this group using the modality of tendon transfer The results were good as patients can use their hands easily.
