Abstract
A total number of 150 mixed breed (french And balady) goats belonged to Faculty of Agriculture farm, El-Minia Universtity Constituted the material of the present study. All animals have been subjected to careful clinical and laboratory methods of examination ensure their healthy status. 80 clinically healthy goats of both sexes were classified into 4 equal groups according to their age. The rest 70 were tabulated according to their diseases. They were suffering from, namely undifferentiated enteritis, alopecia, bronchitis, intestinal parasitic infestation. Blood samples were taken each animal through jugular vein puncture and the obtained clear sera were used to estimate the following biochemical constitutes: Determination of blood serum beta-carotene ug%. Determination of blood serum vitamin A ug%. Determination of blood serum vitamin C mg%. Determination of blood serum vitamin E ug%. Determination of blood serum iron ug%. Determination of blood serum TIBC ug%. Determination of blood serum copper ug%. Determination of blood serum total iodine ug%. Determination of blood serum zinc ug%.
