Abstract

Considering the several theories and suggestions in lighting the mechanism of action, many hydrazides showed antimicrobial activity and in particular antitubercular potency.the isoniazid,p-aminosalicylic acid dihydrazide and other pyrone analogues are the most promising in the field. The strongest of the vehicles used in the extermination of bacteria, especially tuberculosis bacteria.Accordingly been prepared chains new Alheidrazadat derived from Noah Gamabiron a foundation certain amount of acid Alchildonak so as to compare vehicles traded in references and approved the treatment, which turned out to be an effect on the bacteria, tuberculosis, such as Alheidrazonat and Altheomsemeka Rbazonat and Head Razaidat sulfa especially if taken doses as much as focusing bloody to the required level. As the sulfa compounds and well as bilateral Ariel - maleic acid Alchildonak, containing either built on the sulfur atom in the unit Head Razer sulfa or the incision conduction. It was also noted that some of the compounds azo derivative of the acid amino salicylic contrast or sulfa Nnelamad or Alttralan has been used successfully in the treatment of tuberculosis and were accordingly prepare a series of compounds azo derivative of Noah Gamabiron Based on some vehicles polyamide have an impact effective against tuberculosis, such as nicotinamide and Alatheronamed and pyrazinamide have attended in this research a series of amides and derivatives Gamabiron and Gamabiridon.
