Abstract
patients with hypertension and depression often cause considerable mangement proplems, since the antidepressat durugs could variably affect the arterial blood pressure and moreover could modify the action of some antihypertensive drugs Simpson,1980 and Kastrup, 1982). In addition many of the antihypertensive drugs could adversly affect the state of depression (Whitlock et al., 1978).
