Abstract This survey was carried out on 128 persons of either sex working in Mansoura University and Ministr ygovernorate. The first group was comprised of.84 theatre personnel exposed in their daily duties to trace anaesthetic concentrations. They included 17 male anaesthetists (14 married and 3 single), 3 females anaesthetists (2 married and one single),34 nurses (16 married and 18 single)v 20 married males theatre worker and 10 females theatre worker (9 married and one single). The second group of 44 subJ ect were medical personnel working in Mansoura University Hospital and not exposed to any anaesth-etics. They were comprised of 22 males (18 married and 4 single) and 22 females (16 married and 6 single).Questionnaire survey was performed and data kept secretly . it included personal history, the present, past history of diseases details of marital and obstetric historyt history of anaesthetic exposure and the theatre working circumstances. |
