Abstract Arthroscopic shoulder surgery is a key approach for the diagnosis and treatment of many shoulder disorders. Nevertheless, 30–70% of patients of tenex perience moderate to severe pain, especially at 48 h after the operation,which affects rapid recovery. Overall, reducing postoperative pain was helpfulfor promoting rehabilitation and improving patient satisfaction, andpostoperative pain relief has become a key indicator for evaluating the success of surgery. A variety of peripheral nerve block methods were used to enhance the effect of postoperative analgesia. |
