Abstract
In 2020 the International Agency for Research on Cancer documented the global burden of colorectal cancer, as they estimated around 1.9 million new colorectal cancer (including anus) cases and 935000 deaths to occur, accounting for almost one in every ten cancer cases and fatalities.
This study took place in the Surgical Oncology Unit, Surgery Department, Suez Canal University Hospital Ismailia, Egypt. All patients with right-sided colon cancer who were elected forto laboratory investigations.
