This research aims to: study administrative creativity and its relationship to organizational flexibility by applying it to workers in the education sector, Mansoura University. In determining the research vocabulary, the researcher relied on the method of stratified random sampling with proportional allocation. To analyze the primary data of the study, the statistical program SPSS was used to enter the primary data. The size of the selected sample was (368) individuals, while the number of valid questionnaires was (332) individuals, representing 90.21% of the total sample at a level of significance (5%) and limits of confidence at the level of 95%. The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent administrative creativity (independent variable) and organizational flexibility (dependent variable). The researcher used Cronbach’s alpha coefficient to calculate the validity and reliability coefficients, while she used both the Pearson correlation coefficient and the regression analysis method. Simple to verify the validity of research hypotheses. The study reached several results, the most important of which is: There is a statistically significant correlation between the dimensions of administrative creativity and the dimensions of organizational flexibility. The researcher also made several recommendations, the most important of which are: that administrative positions should be held by individuals who have flexibility and unconventional innovative skills in dealing with unconventional situations by gradually abandoning traditional methods of solving problems and using modern administrative methods in management.
