Abstract
The present study contacted to evaluate the therapeutic potential of Nar-NPs on HFD-induced obesity in a rat model. Nar-NPs were prepared according to the method of Elgizawy et al., with some modifications.
Also,the obtained RES-CMCS was described via measurement of Zeta potential,particle size,morphology, and entrapment effectiveness.Morphology, Particle size, zeta potential, UV-vis, FT-IR spectra of Nar-NPs were evaluated. Nar-NPs were also tested for its anti- obesity properties in obese rats.
