Abstract Resonant leadership provides the nurse managers with the opportunity to design and manage the environment that encourages staff nurses to think outside the box. Aim: The study aimed to evaluate the effect of educational program about resonant leadership on nurse managers’ knowledge and practices. Setting: The study was conducted at Emergency Hospital and Tanta Main University hospital. Subjects: All (n = 66) nurse managers and charge nurses at Tanta Main University and Emergency Hospitals. Also, simple random sample (n=322) of staff nurses. Tools: Three tools were used; (1) Nurse managers’ resonant leadership knowledge structured questionnaire; (2) Nurse managers’ resonant leadership practice self-report; (3) Nurses’ perception about nurse managers’ resonant leadership structured questionnaire. |
