Abstract
Pulmonary rehabilitation program was carried out on stable ILD patients in order to decrease dyspnea, improve exercise endurance, improve health related quality of life and decrease costs of health care.
The aim of this work is to evaluate the effectiveness of pulmonary rehabilitation in those with diseases of lung interstium .
This study was carried out at chest department and chest outpatient clinic Zagazig university hospitals in the period from May 2017 to November 2017.
This study included 50 patients diagnosed as having stable interstitial lung diseases at chest department. They were (18) males and (32) females with age range from (22-67) years and their mean age was (47.9 ± 11.4) years.
N.B.: 12 patients were excluded from the study (5 patients died, 7 patients refused to continue the program).
