هدفت الدراسة الحالية وضع تصور لتحقيق التَّميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء هندسة العمليَّات الإداريَّة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واعتمدت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة الميدانية، وتمَّ تطبيقها على عينة من مديري المدراس الابتدائيَّة الحكومية ومعلمات وموجهات رياض الأطفال بمحافظات القاهرة والفيوم والمنيا، وبلغ حجم أفرادها (400)، وقد تبيَّن من نتائج الدراسة أن استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع تحقيق التَّميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء هندسة العمليَّات الإداريَّة جاءت (موافق تمامًا) على عبارات هذا المحور؛ وهذا يشير إلى حجم الجهود المبذولة في توفير متطلبات تحقيق التَّميز، إلا أن ثِمة مجموعة من المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق التَّميز المؤسسي حيث جاءت استجابة أفراد العينة على معوقات تحقيق التَّميز (موافق تمامًا)، ومنها: افتقار مؤسسات رياض الأطفال للاستقلالية عن المدرسة الملحقة بها، زيادة الأعباء الإداريَّة والفنيَّة على معلمات رياض الأطفال في ظل تطبيق المنهج الجديد 2.0، بالإضافة إلى إشكالية توافر إداريين متخصصين لتدريب المعلمات على تطبيق الأساليب الإداريَّة الجديدة، كما جاءت استجابة أفراد العينة على آليات تحقيق التَّميز المؤسسي (موافق تمامًا)؛ وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تمَّ إعداد تصور مقترح لتحقيق التَّميز المؤسسي بمؤسسات رياض الأطفال في ضوء هندسة العمليَّات الإداريَّة.

Study Abstract
The current study aimed to develop a vision to achieve institutional excellence in kindergarten institutions in the light of administrative process engineering, and the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and adopted the questionnaire as a tool for field study, and was applied to a sample of government primary school principals and kindergarten teachers and mentors in the governorates of Cairo, Fayoum and Minya, and the size of its members (400), and it was shown from the results of the study that the response of the members of the study sample about the reality of achieving institutional excellence in kindergarten institutions in the light of administrative process engineering came (Totally agree) on the terms of this axis, and this indicates the size of the efforts made in providing the requirements for achieving excellence, but there are a set of obstacles that prevent the achievement of institutional excellence, as the response of the sample members to the obstacles to achieving excellence (Totally agree), including: the lack of independence of kindergarten institutions from the school attached to them, the increase in administrative and technical burdens on kindergarten teachers in light of the application of the new curriculum 2.0, in addition to the problem of the availability of specialized administrators to train teachers to apply the new administrative methods. The respondents also responded to the mechanisms for achieving institutional excellence (Totally agree), In light of those results a proposed vision was prepared to achieve institutional excellence in kindergarten institutions in the light of administrative process engineering
