Abstract The enhancement of business performance is intrinsically linked to the imperatives of competitive globalization and the implementation of automated process management. These objectives are effectively realized through the utilization of a functional information platform that integrates various technologies, including enterprise resource planning (ERP). However, extensive research has demonstrated a significant occurrence of failure in the implementation phase of ERP projects. Furthermore, even when ERP systems are meticulously designed, their efficacy in ameliorating production processes has been found to be somewhat moderate or even low. Consequently, this study undertakes a comprehensive examination of the pivotal success factors inherent in ERP implementation, which substantially influence the overall prosperity of businesses. In order to thoroughly scrutinize this phenomenon, a meticulous case study is conducted, wherein the obtained results are meticulously analyzed and their impact on performance is diligently assessed. In conclusion, this study underscores the critical role played by the ERP implementation strategy, followed by the ERP system itself and the individuals involved, in driving firm performance and enhancing production processes. |
