This study aimed to determine the impact of workaholism on job burnout by applying it on the staff of banque du caire branches in mansoura city.In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from all the staff of banque du caire branches in mansoura city .Sample size was 95, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data .Results of the study show that all dimensions of workaholism which represented in (Work Enjoyment, Driven to work and Obsessive Compulsive for Work) are positively related with all dimensions of job burnout which represented in (Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization, Reduced personal achievement).Also results show that all dimensions of workaholism (as independent variables) had a significant effect on each dimension of job burnout as dependent variable.the research recommended that Awareness campaigns should be organized for bank employees about the negative side of workaholism , also Supervisors and managers should be trained to manage work stress.
