Research introduction:The world is experiencing a scientific renaissance in various fields of life, as a result of research and exploration for information that makes science and scientific research in the highest form, which in turn is a goal to which many scientists race in their submission of research and studies, to achieve the greatest benefit directed in various sciences. The world has recently witnessed an amazing development in the field of sports in general; in team or individual games; especially in basketball, which has occupied a prominent place among the various games, ranging from defense to attack.Since basketball is one of the games that always have the continuous development in the performance and arts of the game and this development is due to the changes and constant adjustment that comes to the game Law in order to increase the speed of the rhythm of play and then entertain the players and viewers, and basketball is one of the most interesting and attractiveDeception is one of the basic skills of basketball, and it is an essential and important requirement to perform many simple and complex basic movements to get rid of the defender in many different situations and situations of play to which the attacker is exposed with or without the ball to create more accessible opportunities and situations to reach the opponent’s basket and achieve the goal.Tara, Van Derveer (2006) states that deception is a very important means of distracting the defender and pushing to act in contrast to the true intent of the player who is deceiving.Bob Hurley (2005) shows that an intelligent basketball player is the one who has many tactical alternatives and individual solutions and in order to have these solutions the player must have the ability to hide the primary goal of the movement if he wants to attack successfully and that requires the use of different types of deception to overcome the defender and achieve theWhile Bob Fars (2009)believes that the skill that is more important than passing is a fake pass and more important than shooting is a fake shot that makes a defender lose his balance whether in the air or on the ground, the skill of deception is a skill that most coaches overlook and is the important key to all offensive skills in basketball whetherThe importance of deception without a ball is highlighted in trying to get a better field to receive the ball and perform the following maneuvers to receive the ball, such as passing or conversing, after the motivated player loses his balance and keeps him away from playing situations. The researcher has noticed through his work in the field of basketball training for first-class teams and junior teams, and through his analysis of some of the games of the American basketball team (2018) - that all players of high-level teams perform the process of deception before receiving the ball, which facilitates the player’s next task whether .Mohamed Abdel Moneim and Moataz Cannon (2009) also pointed out in their study that there are deceptive skill performances not used by Egyptian players due to the Egyptian player’s habit of moving without a ball as the results of the analysis of matches showed that this is one of the main reasons that lead to the weakness of the offensive side of the Egyptian team. The researcher is due to the lack of training programs for the development of booby-trapped performances to improve offensive and defensive performances in basketball, and that training on the performance of those performances is carried out individually away from the requirements of the game and not linked to offensive and defensive performances, which reduces the effectiveness of those performances during the game.In this sense, due to the lack of previous studies - within the limits of the researcher’s science - which touched on the development of booby-traps in basketball, and since the player’s possession of single booby-traps is not necessary to provide him with the ability to use them in a manner commensurate with the nature of the situations and conditions ofThis prompted the researcher to try to identify the impact of the development of some deceptive performances on the effectiveness of the level of offensive and defensive performances of Basketball Under-16s.Importance and need for research:There is no doubt that the scientific method is the best way to reach high Sports levels and also reach the goals required to achieve, scientific planning and training programs that help players perform and perform offensive and defensive skill performances in a distinctive way during basketball competitions. The importance of this research lies in-the limits of the researcher’s science-being an attempt to design a training program that aims to develop some of the deceptive performances and know its impact on the level of offensive and defensive performances in basketball, and serve as a guide and mentor for those who train in basketball to raise the level ofThis research may benefit coaches and employees in the field of basketball by using its results in building training programs and planning them according to the scientific method, which reflects the impact on the players and thus improve the level of competitions in basketball.Research objective:The research aims to increase the effectiveness of the level of offensive and defensive performances of basketball players under (16 years), by identifying:1. The impact of the development of boos on the level of offensive performances of basketball players under the age of 16.2. The impact of the development of booby-traps on the level of defensive performances of Basketball Under-16s.Research assignments:1. There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and dimensional measurements of the research sample under (16 years) in the variables of offensive performances in basketball in favor of telemetry.2. There are statistically significant differences between the tribal and dimensional measurements of the research sample under (16 years) in the variables of defensive performances in basketball in favor of telemetry.Research methodology:To suit the nature of this research, the researcher used the experimental method of conducting (tribal - dimensional) measurements of a single experimental group.Community and sample search:Research community:The research community included basketball rookies under (16 years) in alsharqiya and registered in the Egyptian Basketball Federation for the sports season (2019/2020) in the number of (5) clubs are (Abu Kabir– university employees – Bahri youth center – ibrahimiya – pioneers in the tenth of Ramadan).Sample search:The basic research sample was chosen by the deliberate method of basketball rookies under (16 years) at Abu Kabir Sports Club and the number of (18) rookies, in addition to the survey research sample of basketball rookies under (16 years) at ibrahimiya Sports Club and the number of (10) rookies, to calculate the coefficients of honesty and stability of the tools underMethods and data collection tools:The tools used in the implementation of the trade:-Restameter. - Medical balance.- Casio brand digital stopwatch. - Adhesive phosphoric strips.- Tape measure. - Basketballs.- Conical cones with a height of 30 cm. - Plastic seats.- Chalk. - Basketball court and number (2) basketball Tower.Exploratory studies:Preliminary survey:The researcher conducted this study on a sample from the same research community and outside the basic study sample, and this is important to ensure accuracy i the results extracted from the measurements of the basic study sample, and the study was conducted from Saturday, 25/7/2020 to Thursday, 30/7/2020 on a sample of 10 emerging players from the same research community.Second survey:The researcher conducting a survey, the second on Saturday. map/8/2020 at me on Wednesday, 5/8/2020 the purpose of the application of four training modules to validate the legalization of training loads tenses own training program and identify difficulties that you may encounter a researcher at the software application. Then calculate the coefficient of honesty using the sincerity of differentiation, and the coefficient of stability by applying the test and then reapply it again with a time interval of (7) days between the first and second applications. The components of the training module:The basic elements of the training module in the training program are: Preliminary part (warm-up and prolongation period) and Time (15 minutes). The main part (the basic training period) and the time ranges from (100 to 120 minutes) . The final part (cooling off period) and time (10 minutes).Introductory part (initialization):The choice of exercises in this part depends on the main duty of the training unit, and its goal is to prepare the body and prepare its organic organs gradually to accept the level of activity, and exercises this part.Main part (basic training period):The main part of the training unit contains (deceptive performances-offensive performances-defensive performances) in basketball. The final part (the cooling-off period):The final part aims to try to bring the individual athlete back to normal or as close as possible, by gradually reducing the training load on the individual by using a set of exercises designed to bring physiological responses back to normal levels. Application Search experience: Measurement tribal:The researcher applied the tribal measurement to the individuals of the research sample, where the tests of the offensive and defensive planned performances in question were applied on Wednesday (6/8/2020), and the physical tests in question were applied on Friday (8/8/2020), in the basketball court of Abu Kabir Sports Club.Application program:The researcher applied the training program to the research sample, for a period of (8) weeks from 9/8/2020 to 3/10/2020 with (5) weekly training units. Telemetry: A measurement was performed a posteriori on the experimental group under the same conditions, instructions, conditions and specifications of the measurements Tribal after the expiry of the application of training programs, and on Monday 6/10/2020, Tuesday map/10/2020..Statistical treatments:In this study, the researcher in statistical data processors used the social science statistical packagesprogram (SPSS) version (23) using the following coefficients:1. Calculation average(Mean)2. Medium (Medium)3. Standard Deviation.4. Sprains (Kurtosis)5. Test (V) of two linked data samples (Paired sample t-Test).6. Test (V) of two independent samples of data (Independent Samples t-Test).7. Effect size in test case): A. Square ETA (η2). B. Using (ES) is explained according to Cohen’s anecdotes8.=Change / improvement ratio (rate of change) telemetry-tribal measurement Improvement ratio = ----------------------------------------× 100 Measurement tribal Conclusions and recommendations:Abstracts:Within the limits of the research sample and its characteristics, the metod used, and according to what the results of the statistical analysis indicated. The researcher was able to come up with the following conclusions:1.The proposed training program using booing drills developed the level of offensive performances for basketball under-16s by between (5.4%) and(49.32%).2. The proposed training program using booby-trap drills developed the level of defensive performances for basketball under-16s by a ratio ranging from (21.86%) to (69.43%).Recommendations:In view of the findings and conclusions reached by the researcher, the researcher recommends:1. The choice of booing drills is similar to the playing positions that occur on the field so that these drills can be used to develop the offensive and defensive performance of the rookies.2. The use of tests used in this research when evaluating variables renderings booby offensive and defensive in basketball.3. Guide the results of this research and the training program of the Egyptian Basketball Federation and the workers in the field of training the rookies to the possibility of benefiting from these results.
