المستخلص The aim of the current research to measure the effect of using the proposed teaching model based on Accelerated Learning -prepared by the researcher- in teaching the unit of ”geometry and measurement” in developing visual thinking among sixth grade students. The research sample consisted of )96( sixth grade students. The sample was divided into two groups, one of them is the experimental group consisting of (48) students who were taught using the proposed teaching model based on Accelerated Learning, and the other is a control group consisting of (48) students, and was taught using the traditional method, The research tool was: a test of visual thinking -prepared by the researcher-, The results of the research showed an improvement in the visual thinking skills of sixth grade students (experimental group), who studied by using the proposed teaching model based on Accelerated Learning compared with their peers who studied in the conventional way (control group) .
