In this study essential for clinicians to be familiar with current cardiac risk evaluation. ACC/AHA Guidelines for Perioperative Cardiovascular Evaluation for Non-cardiac Surgery offers the clinician a well-organized, thoughtful, evidenced-based approach to these patients.Therefore, we conducted this survey study with random sample of 125 anesthesiologists at Cairo University hospitals to assess the magnitude of knowledge the American heart association guidelines of preoperative assessment of cardiac patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery
