Abstract The aim of this in vitro study was to investigate the effect of different implant/abutment angulation (straight and angled) as well as connector type (rigid and non-rigid) on stress distribution in implant supporting three unites FPDs. Transparent epoxy resin was used to fabricate the master model cast, simulating the clinical situation free saddles, in which two implant were vertically inserted in the area of missing lower second premolars then the other two implant were inserted in lower second molars with two different angulation a total of 15 nickel chromium fpds with different connector type (rigid-non rigid). |
