Abstract Occupational diseases occur mainly due to unfavorable working conditions, but favorably they are preventable. The control of the work environment and the occupational health hazards decreases the occurrence of occupational diseases and improves the health of the workers. Working in the flour mills exposes the workers to several occupational hazards such as noise, Musculo-skeletal symptoms and respiratory disorders, including asthma, due to the inhalation of flour dust. So, the development of proper prevention programs is mandatory. |
