المستخلص
The thesis addresses the importance and objectives of quality. The research also includes an analytical study to assess the performance of a set of case studies to conclude a set of elements to evaluate the performance of buildings, the importance of modern applications and information technology for management and operation systems. The results of the study showed the ability to apply the requirements of the quality management and operation system. The search results showed the ability to apply a framework of the quality system.
