Abstract
International Business Investment is an adventure that needs to be planned well, considering all the affective factors, to reduce the risk of losing the investments. This case study will briefly explore some managerial information about an international construction business investment experience in Central Asia region. The employer and the owner of this international investment is an international real estate firm who already succeeded in several projects in MENA region. The story begins when the real estate firm decides to expand their business and invest in a new region. The new target region is Central Asia. The case study will explain why Central Asia is a promising region for foreign investments, and clarify the relation between the real estate firm and the engineering consultancy firm that can be considered as the main partner of bringing this international construction business experience to success.
