Abstract Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is the sixth most frequent oral cancer. OSCC most commonly affects the lateral border of the tongue 40%, the floor of the mouth 30%, and the lower lip 10%. Eighty western male rats were randomly divided mainly into two main groups. The first group was control one which subdivided into two equal groups (control –ve andcontrol +ve).The second main treatment modalities groups were sub divided into three subgroups. The first treatment regime was only laser treated group which have been used by two dosages (808 nm, 650 nm).The second treatment subgroup was only nano particles treated group(nanogold and nanocurucim).The third treatment group was combined treatment regime from both laser and nanoparticles (PTT and PDT). |
