Abstract
The current study included 2 main groups group A:10 patients were subjected to ozone intra articular injection(20mg/2ml ozone gas into superior joint space two times a week for two successive weeks according to Daif & Basha technique group B: 10 patients were subjected to intraarticular hydrocortisone injection (1 ml hydrocortisone into superior joint space 3 injections were given at 2 weeks intervals followed by 3injections at monthly intervals) . from the results , the improvments are better in intraarticular ozone injection that of hydrocortisone . The simplesty of intraarticular ozone injection is more than intraarticular hydrocortisone injection. N.B:In some patients need more intraarticular ozone injections after healing because of recurrance also these more visits of intraarticular hydrocortisone injection
