Abstract The spectrum of kidney diseases that can develop in patients with haematological malignanices is broad and includes acute kidney injury (AKI), renovascular disease, renal parenchymal infiltration, paraneoplastic glomerulopathies, acid–base disorders and other fluid and electrolyte disorders, tumor lysis syndrome, and chemotherapy-related nephrotoxicities.The study was carried out to elucidate the pattern of renal affection in patients with hematological malignancies. electrolyte abnormalities in patients and urine abnormalities in patients with hematological malignancies detect effect of tumor lysis syndrome on kidney functions. |
