Abstract Introduction:In the last two decades, the number of children vaccines has more than doubled in the majority of developed countries. With the provision of new vaccines and their potential implementation on the horizon, particularly into increasingly crowded immunization schedules, extra vaccination visits or co-administration of multiple vaccines will be made to compensate such medical advancements.This mayresult in increased parental hesitancy regarding vaccine intake, including Rota virus vaccine, with a lack of information for health care providers, which results in a shortage of utilization ofvaccines.Aim of this study was to raise knowledge, attitude and practice of both parents or care givers and health care providers towards Rota virus vaccination. Methodology:Pre – and post intervention study design where 247 mothers of children aged from 0 to less than 5 months from Kuwait provinces visiting primary health care for vaccination. The researcher provides them with an educational session about vaccination and it’s important, the researcher measures the knowledge, attitude, and practice before and after health education session. Another arm in the study was to choose 25 health care providers to conduct health education sessions about vaccination, also measure their knowledge, attitude and practice before and after the health education.
