المستخلص The impact of applying electronic management systems on job performance - an applied study on the National Bank of Egypt. The main objective of the research is to reveal the extent of the impact of electronic management on job performance. The study, which consists of five chapters, deals with: In the first chapter: the general framework of the research in terms of the research problem, its importance, objectives and hypotheses, and the second chapter deals with electronic management and deals with it in terms of concepts and its objectives and how it is transformed from manual management to electronic management and the benefits and obstacles to its application and disadvantages, and its benefits and the difference between electronic government and electronic management, and the researcher deals with in The third chapter is job performance in terms of its definition, importance, determinants, elements, factors influencing it, methods and steps for its evaluation, methods of measurement, stages and importance of the performance evaluation process, In the fourth chapter, the researcher deals with the applied study, discussion and testing of hypotheses.
