Abstract

The present experimental work was carried out at the Poultry Research Laboratory belonging to Animal and Fish Production Department, Faculty of Agriculture (Saba Basha), Alexandria University. This study was undertaken during the period from November to December 2018. The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of vitamin C or /and dried garlic powder on growth performance, carcass traits, liver Cadmium levels, hematological indices and some biochemical parameters of Japanese quail exposed to Cadmium toxicity. Also, the present study was planned and conducted to find out the possibility of improving the immunity of growing Japanese quail exposed to Cadmium toxicity through supplementing their diets with the different feed additives as immunity modularity sources.
