المستخلص This research aimed to study the impact of the organizational climate on organizational trust, ”by application to Arma Marketing Company” in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the study aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between the organizational climate and organizational trust, and to determine the extent of the impact of the dimensions of the organizational climate on the dimensions of organizational trust , and to provide a set of recommendations that may benefit the organization in practice with regard to attention to the organizational climate Within the work environment to maximize the organizational confidence of its employees, and the research community was represented in all employees of the company, which numbered (5,505), and accordingly, the size of the research sample was calculated and amounted to (360) single, and the researcher reached several results represented in the existence of a ignificant correlation between the organizational climate and organizational confidence in Arma Marketing Company, as well as the presence of a significant impact of the dimensions of the organizational climate (organizational structure, leadership style, Participation in decision-making, incentives, communication style) on the dimensions of organizational trust (trust in the management of the organization, trust in supervisors, trust in co-workers) in Arma Marketing Company. |
