They were received 48 sessions of tripollar radiofrequency, two sessions per week for 6 successive months.Improvement was evaluated by tape measurement and a 12 inches ruler to identify breast sagging ratio before and after the treatment. Results: The obtained results showed a statistically significant decrease in the distance between infra mammary crease and nipple of the right and left sides post treatment compared with that pretreatment (p = 0.0001),The mean ± SD distance between infra mammary crease and nipple pre treatment of the right side was 3.68 ± 0.85 cm and that post treatment was 1.55 ± 0.56 cm. The mean difference between pre and post values was 2.13 cm and the percent of change was 57.88%.The mean ± SD distance between infra mammary crease and nipple pre treatment of the left side was 3.7 ± 0.82 cm and that post treatment was 1.58 ± 0.67 cm.The mean difference between pre and post values was 2.12 cm and the percent of change was 57.3% and a significant decrease in the distance between sternal notch and nipple of the right and left sides post treatment compared with that pre treatment (p = 0.0001), The mean ± SD distance between sternal notch and nipple pre treatment of the right side was 24.63 ± 2.65 cm and that post treatment was 22.43 ± 2.44 cm. |
