Abstract Objective: Sleep dysfunction has been speculated to be involved in the pathological mechanism of primary mono-symptomatic nocturnal enuresis (PMNE), this study evaluated and compared sleep architecture between adolescents with and without PMNE. Methods: A cross sectional study was carried out on 20 adolescents with PMNE and 20 healthy controls. They were subjected to K-Sad PL assessment ,Adolescent sleep hygiene scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, Epworth sleepiness scale and in-lab overnight polysomnography. Results: it was found that adolescents with PMNE had poor sleep hygiene, high periodic limb movement index, snoring and excessive daytime sleepiness.
